Features and benefits
01 Main Girder
It adopts boxsection lightweight structure with widened and thickened lower flange plate. The electric hoist travels directly on the lower flange, which helps reduce vibration, resonance and operating noise, and delivers good performance under longtime heavyload working conditions.
02 End Girder
Adopts integral closed box welded structure or integrated hollow tube structure. The travelling wheels are made of alloy steel and processed by standardized heat treatment. Equipped with European three-in-one reduction motors and variable frequency drive motors for smooth operation and convenient maintenance.
03 Main Girder & End Girder Connection
Structures can be optimized via multiple layout schemes such as raising the main girder or reducing the main girder height to adapt to workshops of different heights. As shown in the figure, it helps reduce the overall height of the crane and achieve a larger lifting height. The main girder and end girder are connected by Grade 10.9 high-strength bolts with positioning spigots for positioning. Featuring excellent machining accuracy, this structure helps guarantee the overall coaxiality of the bridge frame. The modular split structure facilitates long-distance transportation and on-site assembly. The connecting joints bear balanced loads, improving the operating condition of the whole crane and simplifying later inspection and maintenance.
04 Electric Hoist Complying with FEM/DIN Standards
The electric hoist is designed and manufactured in accordance with European FEM materialhandling specifications and German DIN industrial standards. The whole unit adopts modular compact structure with optional lowheadroom layout, which helps make full use of workshop space and increase effective lifting height. Equipped with European threeinone drive unit and frequencyconversion control system for smooth operation with relatively low vibration and noise. The enclosed gear box adopts longterm lubrication solution for convenient daily maintenance. Multiple safety protection devices are provided, including height limit, overload protection, dualbrake protection and so on. Various working class options are available, suitable for mediumandlongterm heavyduty hoisting in machinery processing, warehousing and equipment manufacturing. It can be matched with European single/doublegirder overhead and gantry cranes.
